1.   	Approval of Minutes of February 14, 2000

2.	"A" Street Development - Dale Pernula
Various issues relative to the development of "A" Street and properties in 
its proximity are in need of attention.  Some of those issues include "A" 
Street Phase 2 Improvements, Urban "D" Funds and Match, Land Use, 
Moscow-Pullman Corridor, and the University of Idaho Plans for the area 
behind the Palouse Mall.

ACTION:  Direct staff to proceed or take such other action as deemed 
appropriate.

3.	Ice Rink Proposal - Randy Rice
Based on action by this committee at the February 7, 2000 meeting, 
proponents of the ice rink are back to present additional information for 
committee consideration.

	ACTION:  Recommend acceptance of proposal; or take such other action as 
deemed appropriate.

1. 	Approval of Minutes of February 22, 2000.

2.	CMAQ Future Truck - Dale Pernula
University of Idaho students have approached the City to see if we would, 
on their behalf, apply to ITD for a CMAQ grant to help support their 
"Future Truck 2000" Project.  The Transportation Commission supports the 
application and ITD has advised that the application would not directly 
compete with our own CMAQ application.

ACTION:	Authorize staff to support the University of Idaho students in 
their project; or take such other action as deemed appropriate.

3.	Continuation of Discussion of Providing Dedicated Space for the 1912 
Building - Randy Rice
ACTION:  Refer to the City Council for March 6, 2000.
