The Whitman County Commissioners are accepting applications for appointment to an unexpired (5 year) term on the Whitman County Board of Adjustments.  The purpose of this Board is to hear conditional use permit and variance applications as related to land use regulations.  Volunteers must live within Whitman County.  Anyone wishing to volunteer may do so by contacting Maribeth Becker at 509 397 4622.  Whitman County is a smoke-free workplace.
