Mike it it not a matter of not being able to afford the bottled water. The
city of Moscow according to my phone contacts does not use bottled water,
the drink the water from the tap as provided by the city. The water in
court house is fine. I drink it all the time. The issue is the frivolous
expenditure of 3000 dollars a year for bottled water when the water
delivered to us is perfectly fine as delivered. In fact it is the county's
softwater system that is ruining the quality , ot bad water from the city.

You want to propose a new ordinance to make the Commissioners positions
full-time. How can we afford to have full-time Commissioners when we can't
even afford to provide the courthouse employees with bottled water that has
already budgeted for and will soon be taken away from us?
