the proposal is for the next board to be elected not this one. Reality is
people can not survive on part-time income. To get really viable and good
candidates we need to be able to offer something. Many willing people can
not get their present employeers to consider letting them work parttime. it
part time or no time. Therefore a willing person needs to know that there
is something to support them.
