One does not necessarily follow, or lead, the other. See the continuing
nature of I-15 through Montana. Mile after mile of nothing except a traffic
mover.
As far as the fast food/truck stop/Super 8 development, see Grangeville. All
three built in the past 2-3 years without the benefit of an Interstate.
