Congratulations, Jo Ann, on an honor extremely well deserved!  Your work on
behalf of creating awareness and understanding of different cultures has
been invaluable.  It challenges us to remember that the rest of the world
is different from Moscow, Idaho and to be grateful for the beauty of that
difference.
