During my Christmas vacation drive to Iowa and back, I noticed that gas
prices were about as bad as Moscow's. Gas prices were within 5 cents a
gallon of Moscow prices most of the way. I also noticed that in Billings,
Montana, where there are numerous refineries, gas was the most expensive!
Cheapest gas was in my wife's hometown of Grinnell, Iowa with $1.17 a gallon
for 90 octane ethanol enhanced gas.
