I think that all of the people mentioned by Priscilla are visionaries in
the true sense and have contributed much to our community. In my mind,
however, Linda Pall stands out. Without her initiative and leadership
Moscow would not have its current City Hall (probably a parking lot would
disgrace the corner of Jackson and Third) nor its Library. How many of you
know that Linda's was the deciding vote to remodel and add to the old
Carnegie Library, rather than tear it down and start over. Linda has my
vote.

P.S. How does she go on saving beautiful buildings? It can't be because
she threatens to chain herself to the front door? Or can it? :-)
