North Main Street in downtown Moscow to benefit the “Diabetes Foundation.”  

“Five” course deluxe menu prepared by a “5 star award winning chef” and 
friends.

Course One
Grilled portabella mushroom topped with pan seared roma tomato and fresh 
mozzarella.  Finish with basil oil and balsamic jus.

Course Three
Your choice of:
Plank roasted alder salmon with gingered sweet soy beurbe blanc, black Thai 
rice and roasted seasonal vegetables.

Pan seared tenderloin topped with fried leaf on a bed of roasted Yukon gold 
potato succotash and finished with a port wine glas diviand.

Warmed lentil salad with wild greens and maple balsamic vinaigrette.
