The Hemingway Western Studies Center at Boise State University is

Curated by Lawrence Shapiro of the BSU Art Department (assisted by
Stephanie Bacon of the BSU Art Department, BSU student Shawn Records,
and John Battalio of the BSU Department of English), "Imaging/Imagining
Boise" is a photographic exploration of Boise's past and present.
Interviews with Boiseans, as well as textual commentary and
interpretation by the curator accompanying the historic and contemporary
photographs, raise important questions and make timely suggestions about
the future of The City of Trees.
