1.	Approval of Minutes of November 15, 1999

2.	1997 Uniform Fire Code - Don Strong
The enclosed materials provide information regarding the adoption the 1997 
Uniform Fire Code and the Life Safety Code with amendments.

ACTION:  Review Uniform Fire Code and direct staff to forward to Council 
for consideration.

3.	Fair Housing Commission Update - Dale Pernula
The enclosed materials provide information regarding the status of the 
Commission.

ACTION:  Accept report.

4.	Ordinance Requiring Conditional Use Permits for Schools and Other Uses 
in Residential Zones - Dale Pernula
On November 10, 1999, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a hearing on 
this matter and recommended approval with minor amendments.

ACTION:  Schedule a hearing before Council on this matter in the near 
future.

1.	Approval of Minutes of November 15, 1999

2.	Street Requirements for Park View Estates Addition - Dale Pernula & Gary 
Presol
	The developer wishes to discuss street width and related issues for 
Jefferson Street and Rodeo in Park View Estates.

	ACTION:  Consider options and give direction to staff.

3.	Change Order - Mountain View Waterline - Gary Presol
	The attached change order relates to additional work performed by ADAIRCO 
Construction during the Mountain View Road Storm Sewer Project.

	ACTION:  Recommend approval of the change order.

4.	WWTP Upgrade - Gary Presol and Tom Scallorn
	A report on the Predesign and Site Review for the construction of Moscow's 
new Waste Water Treatment Plant, and some relevant process issues.

	ACTION:  Accept report.

5.	Construction Status of Aquatics Center - Randy Rice
	The construction contract on the aquatics facility is scheduled for 
completion in mid-December.  As the project nears completion, the attached 
breakdown of both previously allocated and actual money spent is presented 
for your information.	

	ACTION:  Accept report.
