It may be a meeting worth attending.  One of the Board members from the 
Conservation District has asked her staff to attend, which would indicate 
some interest from decision-making agencies.  Interestingly, Whitman County 
Planning was not extended an invitation.  The DOT public meeting is still 
tentatively set for December 10, 10am to noon.
