Here are two more questions for the candidates for city council.

Given the current state of the city budget, and assuming a continuation of
past spending priorities, do you, as a candidate, anticipate a need to raise
taxes in the next four years?

What role does the city council play in maintaining, and improving, Moscow
as a safe place to raise teenagers?
