No, I don't buy that. I see a lot of adults drinking and smoking. I myself 
eat meat and drink beverages with caffeine. It's hypocritical to say that 
"drugs" are "drugs which I don't use".

If you meant the average -illicit- drug user is a child, I would ask for 
your definition of "child". Are we talking "CDC, everyone under the age of 
20 is a child" child, everyone who has not reached the age of majority 
child, or everyone under age 13? How do you define a child?
