Re: Moscow pool - (location)



Don't know for sure, but I recall some disgruntlement during 
planning by homeowners abutting the north edge of the property.  
Perhaps they viewed the parking lot as a lesser disturbance than 
the pools themselves, and voiced their opinions to the planning 
committee.
