Moscow-Pullman Corridor

Vision2020:
This morning the Whitman County Board of Commissioners unanimously aapproved 
the Moscow-Pullman Corridor Enterprise Zone, by adopting the recommendations 
of the Planning Commission.  The rezoning was adopted without changes, which 
means the Board did not approve the changes forwarded by the County 
Prosecutor.  The ordinance most of you read at the June Planning Commission 
Public Hearing is the ordinance in effect.  The ordinance allows limited 
development within the corridor and all previous zoning is now replaced by 
the Enterprise Zone.
