1.	Approval of Minutes of August 2, 1999
2.	Pudewa Lot Line Adjustment - Dale Pernula
On February 16, 1999, the Council approved a three-lot, lot division of 
this property with one lot being the existing house, one lot on Lande Lane, 
and one additional lot on Orchard.  The lot line adjustment would result in 
the lot on Lande Lane being expanded to the new street right-of-way.
ACTION:  Recommend approval or denial of lot line adjustment.

3.	Hood Lot Line Adjustment - Dale Pernula
Mr. Hood divided a parcel of land he owns in southeast Moscow in March 
1996.  He now wants to combine the vacant lot created to the rear with 
other property he owns adjoining the vacant lot in order that he may build 
an accessory building.
	ACTION: Recommend approval or denial of lot line adjustment.
