comments on the Vision 2020 "newsgroup"

Moscow Vision 2020 maintains an unmoderated email list, a virtual soapbox if 
you will, for discussion of topics of interest.  Nobody censors the 
postings, or judges them for accuracy.
Our experience has been that those who want to be heard and want to 
positively effect the opinions of others should make sure that their 
postings do not appear to be vindictive or mean-spirited or petty personal 
attacks.
