RE:  Revised Moscow-Pullman Corridor Plan

I'd rather wait until the final draft is available to
post to Vision2020, but I'd encourage you to get a
copy of the Draft presented in the workshop of July
7.  A potential problem is that no final draft will
be available until the last minute before the public
