CITY OF MOSCOW
PUBLIC WORKS/FINANCE COMMITTEE
AGENDA
Monday, July 12, 1999 4:30 p.m.
City Hall Council Chambers, 206 East Third, Second Floor
1. Approval of Minutes of July 6, 1999
2. Accounts Payable for June, 1999 - Jim Wallace
3. Moscow Food Co-op Loading Dock - Gib Myers
A complaint has been lodged by an adjacent property owner regarding the
recent reconfiguration and resultant use of an existing loading dock at the
rear of the new Moscow Food Co-op facility. City staff have been unable to
propose a solution acceptable to both the complainant and Co-op management,
and are therefore referring the matter to the PW/F committee for further
direction.
4. Minor Changes to Moscow City Code Title 5 - Randy Fife
Staff have suggested some minor changes to Moscow City Code Title 5 as a
result of a review of the Code during its recodification last year.
Changes are intended to clarify standards and comport the ordinance with
current customs and practice.
5. Resolution Adopting Stormwater Runoff Control Standards - Dean Weyen
Ordinance 99-23 adding stormwater runoff control provisions to Moscow City
Code Title 5 was adopted by the City Council on July 6, 1999. An
accompanying resolution adopting a set of standards for runoff control was
inadvertently omitted from the July 6 agenda. Council approval of the
resolution is necessary to effectuate Ordinance 99-23.
