Re: opinion



we have a web site that we update periodically - no time to do it weekly,
but it would give you an idea of the paper. We truly need to have
subscribers in order to work because you can not sell advertising without
readership. I've had many Moscow advertisers tell me they will advertise
with us when our circulation hits 3,000. We are at 1600 right now. We'll get
there but I can't give the paper away or I'll be cutting my own throat.
