The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Moscow met in
regular session March 14, 1999. Among other actions, the Commission:
1. held a public hearing on an application to rezone a parcel o
fland located on the northwest corner of the intersection of
Carmichael Road and Palouse River Drive from R-4 to AF
2. after discussion, voted to deny that application
3. held a public hearing on an application for annexation
comprehensive plan change, rezoning, and preliminary subdivision plat
approval for a 51-acre parcel of land located north of Morton Street
between US Highway 95 and North Pold Extension
4. after discussion, voted to table further action on the
application until the May 12 meeting of the commission, and asked
city staff to request information or updates from other individuals
and entities.
The next meeting of the Moscow P & Z Commission is Wed, April 28,
1999, at 7:30 pm in the City Council Chambers. Members of the
Commission are: Jay Pengilly, Chair; Steve Baxter, Dana Dawes, Joel
Hamilton, Nels Reese, Susan Ripley, Sue Scott, Kathy Weber, and Mike
Curley. Steve Busch is the Commission representative to the City
Council.
