Change is good as long as you don't lose sight of the good in things.  More
people in this area, mabey we get a little more respect.  Farming will be
here long after you and I are gone.  Beside there isn't too many smart
people in the world that would pay 3,500 for an acer of land atleast I
wouldn't.
