The long-awaited opening of the Moscow Food Co-op's new location will be 
delayed one day.
Originally, the store opening was planned for today, Tuesday.  
The Co-op will open at 8am on Wednesday, January 6, at the new location, 
221 East Third--the site of the former Third Street Market at the Post 
Office Square (Moscow's first shopping center).
The postponed opening resulted from delays in the final installation of 
cabinetry and refrigeration by over-worked contractors, not the fault of 
the Co-op's staff or volunteers.  The moving of the store inventory and 
equipment was completed a day earlier than planned (there were so many 
volunteers on hand that some were sent home because there was nothing 
for them to do).
