Rally Concerning Attack on Iraq

I had expected the evening news to open with information regarding the
ongoing impeachment process against President Clinton.  Instead, the news
was about the U.S., under Clinton's orders, bombing Iraq, mere hours before
the House of Representatives were prepared to make their historic vote.

The vote on impeachment has been delayed for some days.  How convenient.

Local activists have called for a protest rally in front of the Federal
Building in Moscow at noon on Thursday.
