Another war victim

A Moscow Police Officer, Dale Mickelson, had to resign recently after 
admitting to smoking marijuana, a deed he said he did to help cope with 
a pending divorce after many years of marriage.  Someone said that in so 
doing he forfitted his pension and benefits, despite many years of loyal 
service to Moscow P. D.  Can anyone confirm or deny this news?

Either way, the War on Drugs has claimed another victim.  Marijuana 
hasn't ruined this man's life, marijuana laws have.  When will we have 
had enough of this foolish war on drugs?  How many more lives will it 
claim?
