And the above is where the City of Moscow departs somewhat from Latah County.

Moscow has 6 elected council persons, plus a mayor, not just three.

And someone wrote a few days ago wondering why Moscowans would fear for change
in Latah County government yet apparently find acceptable not electing the Chief
of Police, the City Treasurer, etc.
