Candidates forums to be broadcast on KUOI

PRESS RELEASE

    This month, KUOI-FM, Moscow will be broadcasting candidates forums for
Latah County Commission and State Legislature races.  Each candidate will be
given two minutes for an opening statement, one minute to respond to each
question called in from listeners, and a one minute closing statement.  The
forums, which will all begin at 6:30 pm and last an hour, will be broadcast
live on KUOI-FM, heard at 89.3 in the Moscow area, as well as 93.3 on the
cable system.  The forums may also be heard live on the world wide web using
the RealAudio format.  The web address is www.kuoi.com

Thursday, October 8 -6:30 pm- Latah County Commission-Seat 3

Tuesday, October 13 -6:30 pm- Latah County Commission-Seat 2

Wednesday, October 21 -6:30 pm- Idaho House of Representatives-District 5b

    As of today (10/5/98) all candidates have indicated they plan on
