Briana,

Surely you have forgotten to include these subsidized services in your
shutdown list:

Multicultural Affairs
Disabled Student Services
Veterans Affairs
Tutoring
Early Childhood Learning
International Programs
Student Support
Career Services
Student Counseling
Student Health
Financial Aid 
 
People in need of these services congregate in those spaces at *taxpayer
expense*.
