Bicycling and Walking to Safer and Healthier Communities workshopnext week



Vision2020:

The Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute is helping to support a
"Bicycling and Walking to Safer and Healthier Communities" workshop in
Pullman on Tuesday, July 21.  The workshop is being put on by the Bicycle
Alliance of Washington (NOW Bike). The workshop will be held at the Quality
Inn, SE 1050 Bishop Blvd, from 6-9pm.  Topics will include: planning for
cycling and walking, funding for projects, and creating political will.
There is a $20 registration fee that covers a light dinner, workshop
resource manual, a one year subscription to the Bicycle Alliance
newsletter, and a NOW Bike t-shirt.  To register, you may reply to this

Moscow residents will benefit and are encouraged to attend also.  The
Quality Inn is located at the Pullman trailhead of the Bill Chipman Trail.
