I have a few questions about the new $2million aqua center gifted to 
Pullman by the Schweitzers--
     --why does an aqua center at Pullman cost 50 percent less than the 
same kind of swimming pool complex in Moscow?
     --will the creation of an equally enticing pool in Pullman reduce 
the number of people who will use the Moscow pool, thus cutting revenues 
for the Moscow pool?
