Participants encouraged to use trail or take shuttle bus:
BUS SHUTTLE AVAILABLE FOR TRAIL DEDICATION APRIL 4
PULLMAN, Wash. -- Pullman Transit and Wheatland Express will provide =
free shuttle buses from Pullman and Moscow to the Chipman Trail =
dedication at noon on April 4.
The "This Rail Is Your Trail" dedication will take place on the trail at =
a crossing approximately
two miles from Moscow and five miles from Pullman.=20
Parking at the dedication site will be extremely limited. Participants =
are encouraged to use the
trail to walk, ride or skate to the dedication or to ride one of the =
shuttle buses.=20
The Washington State University and University of Idaho marching bands =
will lead walkers Fom two sites beginning at 11 a.m. The UI band will =
depart from the Moscow trailhead at Perimeter Drive. The WSU band will =
depart from Sunshine Road. Those who wish to join the WSU band may park =
in the gravel lot behind Valley Cement or take the 10:40 shuttle bus =
from the Coliseum or City Hall to Sunshine Road.=20

The shuttle buses will run at the following times and locations:
Departure points from Pullman:
City Hall and Coliseum:10:40 a.m.
Note: This bus will stop at Sunshine Road/Valley Cement for people who =
want to walk with the WSU Marching Band.
City Hall and Coliseum:11:10 a.m.=20
City Hall and Coliseum:11:40 a.m.=20
Departure point from Moscow:
Palouse Empire Mall: Every 15 minutes, beginning at 10:40 a.m. and =
concluding at 11:55 a.m.
Buses will return to Pullman City Hall, Beasley Coliseum and the Palouse =
Empire Mall immediately following the ceremony.
