1) HB 610--Partial Birth Abortion--According to the news this morning,
the
Family Forum has withdrawn it's own support for their bill on
partial
birth abortion. According to their spokesperson, too many
amendments
have watered it down.

2) Federal Highway Funds--The U.S. Senate okays highway funds. Idaho
received $116,000,000 in federal highway funds in 1997. Under the
Senate approved plan, it will average $206,000,000 through the year
2003.
