Many congratulations to Marshall & the Moscow City Council, for supporting
the Skateboard Park and showing that democracy can work!! They just taught
a valuable and effective civics lesson - that citizen involvement is vital
to the accomplishment of common goals. Thank you for listening to the
youth of Moscow and demonstating what responsive government is all about.
