I'm surprised to read that Idaho has family planning programs at all.
Is the town of Emmitt (spelling?) Idaho still the national leader
per capita in the unwed teenage pregnancy category?

The anti-abortion terrorists coupled with the heavy anti-abortion
republican sentiment of the state has been successful in shutting
down women's (especially low income women's) supposedly constitutional
rights of choice. Let's have less government except for issues such
as abortion and homosexuality where we need a big governnment to prevent
these 'atrocities'.
