My understanding is that the swimming pool committee was specifically told
NOT to look at a multi-use facility.

When I was on the previous pool committee, we were told that a swimming pool
will always lose money--only with a multi-use facility could you hope to
break even or make money.

There seems to be an underlying attitude that Moscow will not support
anything that costs. Are we really so different here than other communities?
If so, why is that, oh visionaries?
