I have a great idea for a swimming pool location!! Many times I have
thought it would be nice to have a much larger fair grounds with an RV site
and more parking, away from the residential area of Moscow. Maybe a site
more centrally located for Latah. We could hold all kinds of events at a
larger and bigger space and supliment the costs with rental for things
like, horse shows, dog shows, gun shows, auctions etc. The present fair
ground space would make a great park and swimming pool location. We could
have a baseball diamond (already there), a playground (already there) and
soccer and football fields for the schools. Parking is there, lights, good
access from all sides. Seems a good idea to me. Wouldn't the county like an
excuse for a new site. Maybe one of our local farmers would donate land for
their name being attached to the new fair grounds. The Moser Park and
County Fair Grounds.

I'm still interested in local donations for a pool. See what happened with
the Whitworth Building? People want these things and they are willing to
give to things they want.
