I have had several discussions with friends about he vacated railbed on
highway 8. I'm getting different stories as to the status. Some people
along the line have actually posted no trespassing signs on the railbed.
Has the vacated bed been turned back to adjacent propertiy owners or is
the case still open? Who is the local contact person, and how can I get
involved? About 3 months ago I contacted Rails to Trails but have not
followed up on their level of interest.
