Forward this to others off the 2020 listserver who may be interested.

Visionaries:

Plans for the Moscow Community Retreat are taking shape. Volunteers
like those who have attended the last two planning meetings are the
ones who will really make this retreat an event! A note of thanks to
all the volunteers, ranging from relative newcomers like Shelly and
Jay Field to public figures like Doc Lucas and Loreca Stauber.

Below is a list of volunteer coordinators, and remaining vacancies.
Additionally, I have compiled the proposed list of "Facets of Our Gem
Community" for the morning and afternoon breakout sessions.
I welcome suggestions and comments from the list. Nothing is set in
stone yet. I also welcome community members to step forward to fill
some of the vacancies or to work with identified volunteer
coordinators. If you are unable to volunteer, perhaps you can
persuade a friend or colleague off the 2020 listserver to do so.

We will meet every 3 weeks (except spring break) until the retreat.
All meetings will be in the Carol Ryrie Brink Room of the
MOSCOW PUBLIC LIBRARY on TUESDAYS at 5:30 p.m.

The dates are:
February 24
March 24
April 14
May 5
May 26
June 9 (The last Tuesday before the retreat)

Please mark you calendars. Most of the "work" takes place between
these brief meetings.

Retreat Date: SATURDAY, JUNE 13 confirmed
(apologies for format weirdness)
