I agree with the general trend of opinions I seem to be seeing here
that input from politicians in this format is extremely useful and a great
thing to encourage. Tom Trail's messages have been great. Since there
doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the present system, I would
encourage not trying to fix it, but leaving it as is with no rules at
this time as to who sends messages to the group, how often they send them,
and how long they are. As Linda Pall and some others have mentioned, "If
the traffic gets to be too much to bear, we can try some informal
conversation control devices." So far, the vision2020 mail group seems to
work great!
