I can answer some of your questions:
>Please refresh my understanding about the Vision 2020 list. How many of
>Tom's consitiuents are on the list?
At least one...maybe more, John Teeter can you tell us how many people are
currently subscribed?
> Is the list open to anyone (who can afford to either own or have access to
a computer and the internet)?
Yes, and there are sign-up instructions on the Moscow.com home page.
> Is the list publicized so that ANY of Tom's constituents could easily
>subscribe,
Yes. Again on the Moscow.com homepage, and Vera White has listed in the
address in Ink at least once that I know of. I assume others, like myself,
forward info/articles to friends and associates who are not on the list, and
I know of a number of organizations that spread the word...
As for politics on the list...Go for it! I for one am thankful for Tom's
Legislative Update, and the City Council Agendas they have both helped me
with a "heads up" on issues that I should be aware of.
And I agree with whoever said the minutes of those meetings would be a nice
addition as well.
