In the Hutchins Commission series on Saturday, I mentioned that our loving
parent TCI wants to dump us -- OK I didn't use those words -- and that
Butch has expressed an interest in buying the group called Northwest
Newspapers, including the Daily News and LM Tribune.
There are other interested parties, including Hagadone. And, I understand
he does plan to walk through the papers during the next few days.
