There's no reason to copy California. There are still plenty of great
jobs and there still is plenty of real estate for anyone who wants to
join the ranks of the 1 in 8 Americans who live in the great state of
California. The weather is pretty good as well (sunny and 72 year round).
And yes, there are the disadvantages which I won't go into.
Idaho offers more diversity than its mis-perception of just potato fields
and isolationists. And as we all know, Moscow is the preeminent town in
Idaho for higher learning. I agree with the spirit of John's comments.
The expansion of Moscow should be done right with proper planning to
ensure a slow, healthy, and sustainable growth well into the 21st century.
