A tough one to answer, but my guess is that the short answer is a path,
because population densities would unlikely pay the costs of commuter
rail. As for bulk transport, many chip trucks could be removed from our
highways, grain could be sent to the ports, and many other goods moved as
were before 1984. A short line operator was interested in buying the
lines before large portions were washed out iin the floods of February 96
along the potlatch river.

Exactly, it is their company which holds the title to the line.

yes, a local attorney is working on
it. I can't take on any new projects now, but would enthusiastically jump
on the bandwagon.
