Just a note regarding the house on N. Polk-the County issued the building=
permit, as the site is in the Area of Impact. Part of permit research =
is determining if the site is within a floodplain or floodway. If so, no =
permit can be issued until a Conditional Use permit is applied for and =
granted. Even then, the house must be raised above Base Flood Elevation.

The site in question is not within an "regulatory" floodplain. There is =
a "500-year" floodplain on the other (east) side of N. Polk; these are =
identified, but not regulated.
