Sam,
Innovative thinkers need you old war horses of practicality and
experience to bring us down to earth! Grab some ginseng and jump in!
Granted, it would be easier if the state would get on the ball and
condemn the rail lines before they reverted to many private hands (farmers
turned speculators are a sight to behold). It would be nice to see the
state take something from corporations and give it to the people for a
change.
Divide the state into 4-5 areas of need, flip a coin, and start
condemning small rail lines in that area. Works for me. Jo Williams
