There have been a number of problems with the listserver since we
moved to the new system. The problem with Kenton Bird's address has
(finally) been fixed. It also appears that not everyone is receiving
every message. If you feel you are missing something, you might want
to check the archives on the web site:

http://www.moscow.com/archives/vision2020

However, it appears that not all messages are being archived,
either.

The listmaster at FSR is working on the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
