That last part sounds ideal. List members _should_ be able to obtain a
subscriber list. My only concern is when that list is available to
_nonsubscribers_. For instance, say I was an anti-environmentalist and I
wanted to harass or otherwise disrupt your environmental mailing list. Armed
with the 'who' command I could find out the addresses of all your subscribers.
I could then use various annoying tactics to bother your subscribers and
disrupt the list. Maybe I'm paranoid or maybe I've just received one
hot.sex.com email too many.
