1. The new proposal maintains the ag/forest zoning status for
all land presently zoned A/F. A determination of relative
productivity will be made for each parcel to determine number of
splits available based on soil types.
2. The new proposal does not provide a regional or neighborhood
based distinction based on general characteristics of the overall
area. Each parcel in the A/F zone (95% of the County) is
evaluated on the same criteria.
