PS. I found a 1996 press release on GTE's Web site on trials of ASDL
in Seattle involving Microsoft employees and 20 businesses. It said
that GTE proposes to offer ASDL in "several key markets" in 1997.
They estimate monthly charges at between $60 and $100
depending on the service.

Is Moscow a "key market"? :-)
